For most of my adult life, I avoided dental exams, and when something absolutely needed to be done, I was a VERY nervous patient. I hopped from dentist to dentist to avoid routine care, and required laughing gas at every appointment to calm my nerves.
That was, until I went to Dr. Craig! Dr. Craig understood my hesitation and nerves. He listened to my prior scary experiences and validated my feelings. He assured me, with his extremely calm and kind nature, that he and his staff would listen to me and ensure I was comfortable while in their care.
Dr. Craig made a plan to bring my dental and gum health back after years of my neglect. He and his hygienist helped me through those initial appointments by always checking in to make sure I was ok, and truly listening to any of my concerns.
Dr. Craig always honestly communicates, and I know I can trust the work he suggests actually NEEDS to be done. Many times he'll say we can continue to monitor, and to just let him know if anything changes.
Dr. Craig is very personable, caring, and just an outstanding dentist. I am so glad that I now look forward to going to the dentist, all thanks ot Dr. Craig and his incredible staff.
